The day-to-day management of the Group is in the hands of a Committee consisting of a Chairman, a Project Co-ordinator, a Secretary/Treasurer and a Publicity Officer. The DNPA Volunteer Warden for the Sticklepath area is also a full, permanent member of the Committee. Other members are co-opted as necessary to a maximum of 9 Committee Members.
The Committee schedules Planning Meetings 3 or 4 times a year to plan work for the months ahead. All StOC Members and Partners (those for whom we undertake the work) are welcome to attend.

The Committee also schedules an Annual General Meeting (AGM) as required by the Constitution. The next AGM will be held in 2026, notice of which will be promulgated here and to all members of the Group.
